1. Scope
This addendum applies to Organizer accounts in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Organizer duties
- Publish matches with accurate information (venue, date, price, rules).
- Manage applications fairly and on time.
- Follow local safety and venue rules.
- Process player data only for the event and in compliance with LGPD.
3. PIX payments
The organizer provides a PIX key. The Platform does not guarantee payment receipt and is not a payment institution.
4. Plans and quotas
Weekly/monthly match and ad limits depend on the subscribed plan.
5. Check-in and squad management
- After the check-in deadline (12 hours before kickoff), you may remove approved players who have not checked in from the squad.
- Refunds or credits are resolved between organizer and player; the Platform does not mediate payments or guarantee refunds.
6. Moderation
Non-compliant listings may be removed; repeat offenders may be suspended.
7. Indemnity
The organizer agrees to indemnify Voleyball for third-party claims arising from events they organize, within legal limits.
