1. Acceptance
By creating an account on Voleyball (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
Voleyball is a digital intermediary platform connecting volleyball players, organizers, and advertisers. The Platform does not run sports events, own venues, or act as a party to payments between users (e.g. organizer PIX).
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to contract.
- The same email may have separate player and organizer accounts with different usernames.
- You are responsible for password security and activity under your account.
4. User conduct
Fraud, harassment, illegal content, discrimination, identity fraud, rating/MVP manipulation, and spam are prohibited.
5. Content license
You retain rights to uploaded content but grant Voleyball a non-exclusive license to display and process it to operate the service.
6. Payments
Paid plans follow prices shown on the Platform. In beta/test mode, payments may be simulated. Match fees are agreed between organizer and player outside Platform collection responsibility unless stated otherwise.
7. Squad matches, check-in and attendance
- On squad matches, approved players must check in at least 12 hours before kickoff.
- If an approved player has not checked in by the deadline, the organizer may remove them from the squad before the match.
- Players may report they cannot attend at least 24 hours before kickoff; roster changes follow the organizer's rules.
- Match fee refunds or credits are not handled by the Platform; they are agreed between organizer and player under match rules and applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voleyball is not liable for injuries, property damage, event quality, no-shows, payment disputes between users, or temporary outages.
9. Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations or community risk.
10. Changes
Terms may be updated; material changes may require re-acceptance.
11. Governing law
Laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil apply (primary market).
