Voleyball (“we”) processes personal data under Brazil’s LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) and applicable rules.
2. Data collected
- Registration: name, surname, username, email, phone, password (hash).
- Profile: photo, location, height, weight, position, description, sports history.
- Usage: match applications, reviews, MVP votes, plans, technical logs (IP on legal acceptance).
- Payments: receipts when uploaded.
3. Purposes
Service delivery, contract performance, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and legitimate interests.
4. Sharing
Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, file storage) under data protection agreements. Public profile fields are limited to what you publish.
5. Retention
While the account is active and as required for legal and dispute periods.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection requests via Platform channels.
7. Security
Hashed passwords, HTTPS, and access controls; no system is 100% secure.
8. Children
Not directed to users under 13.
